Some phones support two active eSIM lines, while others support one eSIM plus another line or only one active profile. Storing two profiles does not prove that both can remain active.
Confirm model support
Check the exact model, region, and software documentation. Dual SIM, dual standby, and dual eSIM are not identical terms, so look specifically for two active eSIM profiles.
Choose one mobile data line
Even with two active lines, the phone normally selects one line for mobile data. Set EasyTripGo as the data line and keep the other line for calls or SMS if needed.
Control automatic switching
Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching, Backup Calling, or similar smart switching while testing. Otherwise, the phone may move data to the other line and create unexpected charges. See our switching guide.
Protect the home line
Keep roaming disabled for the home line unless you accept its carrier charges. Follow our roaming-charge guide and select the correct data SIM. Do not delete either profile while changing defaults.
If your EasyTripGo allowance is exhausted, purchase a new plan. For help, contact official@easytripgo.com or WhatsApp.
