UK eSIM for 30 Days: 100 vs 300 UK Call Minutes

Traveler planning a 30-day United Kingdom trip in a London cafe

EasyTripGo offers two 30-day UK local-IP eSIM variants. Both include unlimited local data, an EE connection and a +44 number; the difference is whether the plan includes 100 or 300 minutes of UK calls.

What is included in both plans?

Each option lasts 30 days and lists free incoming SMS. Outgoing SMS is not allowed. The included number and UK call allowance make this different from a typical data-only travel eSIM. “Unlimited” should not automatically be interpreted as a promise of identical maximum speed at every moment; check the current terms and network conditions.

When are 100 minutes enough?

One hundred minutes can suit tourists who mainly use maps, messaging and internet calling but want ordinary calls for hotels, restaurants, tour operators or occasional local arrangements. It represents about three minutes per day across a month, although you can use the allowance unevenly. Keep important conversations concise and use internet apps when both parties support them.

It is also suitable when most reservations can be handled online and the supplied number is mainly a backup. Calls made through WhatsApp or similar apps use mobile data instead of the included voice minutes, so those conversations should not reduce the UK call allowance.

See the main UK local-IP eSIM guide for the complete feature summary.

Who should consider 300 minutes?

Three hundred minutes gives more room for business travelers, family visits, property arrangements or anyone expecting regular calls to UK numbers. It averages roughly ten minutes per day across 30 days. International calls should not be assumed to be included; the product specifically describes UK calls. Confirm any special destination before relying on the allowance.

Coverage still depends on EE availability, as explained in the UK coverage guide.

How do you avoid unexpected communication problems?

Share the supplied +44 number only after installation is complete. Keep the home SIM available if you need messages sent to the old number, but disable its roaming data. Do not rely on incoming SMS for every verification service, and remember that outgoing SMS is unavailable. Save essential contacts offline before traveling.

Check the remaining calling allowance periodically if the phone provides a usage view or the delivery instructions include a management link. The plan is intended for the selected 30-day period; turning the line off should not be treated as a way to pause validity.

Use the installation and APN guide and review the eSIM versus local SIM and roaming comparison.
